Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh took a big decision in the interest of lakhs of students of the state in the financial year Purvadasham (Class 9-10) and Dashmottar (Class 11-12) for 2026-27 Detailed timetable of scholarship schemes (New Schedule & Timeline) has been released.
Under a government order issued by the Social Welfare Department, the entire process, from application to verification, data scrutiny, and transfer of funds to bank accounts, has been made digital, transparent, and timely. Scholarship payments are made direct.PFMS (Public Financial Management System)It will be transferred to the bank accounts of eligible students through.
Important Dates and Schedule
The Yogi government has divided the scholarship application process into two main categories:
1. Master Data Upload and Verification
- July 22 to August 5, 2026:All the recognized schools of the state will have to upload their master data on the online portal.
- Verification:The District School Inspector (DIOS) and concerned officials will check the recognition, seats and other details of the schools.
2. For renewal students:
- Online Application Date:From August 11 to August 25, 2026
- Biometric and school level verification:By August 30, 2026
- Scholarship Payment: October 2026Direct transfer to bank account up to Rs.
3. For Fresh Students:
- Online Application Date:August 11 to September 21, 2026
- Verification and Scrutiny Process:After the application, by NIC and District Committee.

Highlights of the scholarship scheme
- All classes will get benefits:Eligible students from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), General Category and Minority Category will get the benefit of the scheme.
- Direct Benefit Transfer:To avoid middlemen and irregularities, the payment will be made through DBT through PFMS.
- Error Correction Window:If any suspicious information or mistake is found in the application, a separate opportunity for data correction and re-verification will be given.

- Enter your required information and complete the registration.
- Upload educational documents, income certificate, caste certificate, bank passbook details and photo.
- After checking the form thoroughly, submit it finally and take a printout and submit it to your school/college.
