Salary Structure & CTC
Selected candidates will be offered attractive pay scale and allowances in this recruitment:

- Junior Executive: Rs. 40,000 to ₹1,40,000 (Annual CTC approx Rs.14 lakh)
Eligibility & Age Limit
- Age Limit (as on 07 Sep 2026):
- Manager:Maximum 32 years
- Junior Executive:Maximum 27 years(Age relaxation will be given to reserved categories and departmental candidates as per rules.)
- Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Manager Posts:Degree in relevant discipline (Engineering/Finance/Law/Architecture etc.) + at least3 years experienceIt is mandatory.
- Junior Executive Posts:Graduate/Engineering degree in the relevant subject. For these postsNo prior experience required(Freshers can also apply).
Selection Process
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the following stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): This exam will be of objective type (MCQ) and will consist of No negative marking Will happen.
- Interview & Document Verification: There will be an interview after CBT for Manager posts only.
- Physical / Driving Test: Only Manager (Fire Services) Physical Efficiency Test will be conducted for the post.
